Canadians Advocating Political Participation (CAPP) is a nationwide grassroots organization dedicated to fostering increased participation of Canadians in our democratic processes. Forged out of the public reaction to the Prorogation of Parliament on December 30, 2009, our members come from all political parties and none, and from every walk of life. We represent the woven tapestry of Canadian society. Through Education and Active Engagement in democratic activities, local chapters of CAPP strive to return democratic power to Canadian citizens from coast to coast, in every region of the country. Through continual monitoring of our governments activities, we strive to maintain accountability to the people that our government is elected to represent. We believe the true power of a democracy lies in the responsibility of its citizens to be well informed and actively engaged. The right to vote comes with an equally important responsibility to engage in our democracy. THIS IS PROJECT WE MADE FOR OUR FINAL ASSIGNEMENT AS A TEAM IN CHAMPLAIN COLLEGE FILM PROGRAM. MY JOB WAS TO EDIT AND APPLY WHAT WE CALLED A CRUSH EFFECT, A TREATMENT TO EVERY FRAME WHICH MAKES IT LOOK UNIQUE (THERE WERE 19 236 FRAMES IN THE FILM). OUR SOUND HAS PROBLEMS AT SSOME POINT BUT OUR SOUND OPERATOR WASN’T GOOD AND RUINED A BIG PART OF THE FILM. ENJOY! IT WAS SCREENED LAST AT OUR FILM FESTIVAL AT THE ANNUAL CHAMPLAIN YEAR END SCREENING.

This is an incredibly informal video on the speech given by the late and great Mr. Milton William Cooper, a true American hero and a wonderful husband/family man. He is a man of many words, all of what he says can be debated very easily yet if you go out and do your own independent research you will learn that he is one incredle individual. He speaks ALL THE FACTS, FROM GOVERNMENT DE-CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS TO SECRET SOCIETIES THAT ARE AMONGST US ALL AROUND THE WORLD! This lecture/speech was performed in Sedona, Arizona by Mr. Milton William Cooper to specifically point out the entire plot of the New World Order agenda, the top secret cover up of the subterranean Extraterrestrial population including the interconnected underground bases/facities, the Extraterrestrial visitation and technology cover up, the captured Alien beings obtained by the Governments of the World, secret societies as well as secret or “shadow” government plans for World domination, the JASON societ, the lunar base cover up, and the entire basic infiltructure that is targeted at all of the Earth’s populace to destroy all sovereignty to usher in a “Planetary Government”. It is election season in Iraq, on the 7th of March Iraqis will go to the polls and decide who will make up their next government. Iraq’s politicians want to be part of the new parliament but they are using a very old method of speaking to voters – the political poster.
