LOL….all my Republican friends are Albanian!! They’re VERY conservative for some reason…compared to me, who is very progressive. So we spend the days arguing about politics!! It’s funny, Lebanese and Albanians get along with each other, but we have VERY different political beliefs!!

Let it in the sense that after they’ve gained control of congress they haven’t done EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to pull out of Iraq. They’ve been playing politics with it. Granted, the REpugs started it, and politick around it all the time, but don’t excuse the Dems completely. Why aren’t we out of Iraq already in a Dem-controlled congress?

John McCain, the worst kid in his class, killed 134 sailors in the U.S.S. Forrestal incident. Lost 4 jets due to pilot error, and became a captive on the Vietnamese. His broken bones were caused by his failure to tuck in an ejection maneuver. His fellow captives said he lived like a king while captive. He dumped his faithful disfigured wife for a rich heiress, and fought for deregulation in the Financial markets, Yeah, Thanks a lot McCain.

God know what else this American President has done? Do you mothers out there hear this? Bush is sacrificing your children for McCain’s campaign. They make decisions like this and don’t care if people die. That is what happened in the economic crisis. They made themselves a profit while the middle class and poor people struggle to make ends meet.

Cenk, it’s repulsive but not for the reason you say. It’s not that the agreement is going to be tolerated by the Iraquis any longer. It’s just the American VOTERS who are being misled (lied to) about what the agreement means. It still means they’re beginning major withdrawals in 2010, but they’re citing the date that they ALL will be gone instead of the beginning of major reductions. Still obscene politics, but not exactly in the way you’re discussing.
