Repuffs! a political satire machinima

What if the Republican party was a breakfast cereal?
In marketing, branding is everything. Politics is no different. Repuffs is a satirical take on how the McCain Palin campaign is rushing to rebrand themselves, but can’t escape the fact that it’s their party that has been at the wheel for the past 8 years. Repuffs, 99% more of the same.

Nah, the Republicans really aren’t so bad. They’ve just gotten a really, really bad rep over the past decade.

Neither side has done a single fucking thing right. That’s because it’s a false choice. Search YouTube for ‘Mouseland’, and learn to recognise the difference between mice and cats.

This is VERY well made, a great high-quality machinima. It’s too bad the maker is full of shit. “Don’t be fooled by imitations that may actually offer real change”. I suspect they have no idea how true that statement is. Either party is only really an imitation of the other, varying only in very minimal details. “Real change” is offered, but never delivered. This video is brilliant because in spite of the creator’s intentions, it reveals the truth behind elections: it’s all just branding.
