All you need in order to smear someone these days is a camera – and some mood piano music in the background.

I guess McCarthyism is alive and well in Alaska.

    What a shame…

Wow, I’m really admirable of those Christians. Even as Christians, they’re able to see the difference between conservativeness and religious indoctrination.

“It was everywhere contended that no Christian ought to vote for me because I belonged to no church, and was suspected of being a Deist.”-Abraham Lincoln, 1843
“He [Lincoln] was an avowed and open infidel, and sometimes bordered on atheism. He went further against Christian beliefs and doctrines and principles than any man I have ever heard.”-John T Stuart
“Of all the tyrannies that affect mankind, tyranny in religion is the worst.” -Paine
“Lighthouses are more helpful than churches.”-Franklin

Why bring religion into politics at all? yourenemies will be laughing – but your friends are heartbroken that you have allowed this idiot and her senile sidekick to get so far in the running for president. Restore your dignity. Try to remember that you are a great nation who has given so much to the world and provided a beacon of light: bigotted morons will vote McCain, but the land of the free and the home of the brave will vote OBAMA.

Thomas Paine, Jefferson, Ben Franklin, and Madison were important in creating America and none of them were christian. Are they American enough for Palin? This christian test is against the US Constitution and makes America small and petty instead of the grand idea that it is supposed to be. Liberty not a authoritarian christian sect.

The thing is, America is becoming less and less of just a christian country. More and more people from other countries of different religions are coming.

religion can never be imposed on state. toooo many people will get pissed off, and if we are truly excerising freedom of religion and all of that, then we wouldn’t be having our religions influence our laws.

Scary thoughts that Sarah would impose her religious beliefs on national policy while claiming the ‘tolerance’ she mouthed during her debate! Fear those who speak with forked tongue.

The Bush administration started the end of the American empire but it’s not dead yet. McCain and Palin would put the nail in the coffin. They need to be stopped, NOW!

WTF is going on in the States? The whole of Western Europe is slowly turning is back on loopy religious beliefs and the Us is somehow trying to compete with the middle east in the God-Nutters stakes. Get educated people.

If a prime-minister in the UK tried holding up the bible shouting ‘God’s will’ he’d be carted off the the mental unit. Over there, you can’t get into office without declaring that your guided by the holy book. Pathetic.

Thanks for this revealing video. No wonder Pat Robertson is drooling over Sarah Palin! We don’t need Mullahs of any religion running our government. Our last president thinks God told him to go into Iraq. Enough craziness!

The video isn’t saying they can’t have their religion, just that Sarah Palin shouldn’t use it to impose her views on others’ lives.

Palin’s faith is good. And Obama is a major church-guy too. It’s America’s tradition, so get used to it.
